Stop White Ink Settling in Your DTF Printer

Print Brighter, More Consistent DTF Transfers

Introducing the DTF Rock N' Roller Ink Mixer by Imperial DTF — a dual-motion ink agitator engineered to keep your DTF inks, especially white, continuously circulated and perfectly suspended. White DTF ink contains heavy pigment particles that naturally settle over time. Without proper agitation, that means weak opacity, printhead clogs, banding, and costly downtime.

How It Works

The Rock N' Roller continuously agitates and circulates ink within the bottle before it enters your DTF printer. The result: uniform pigment distribution from the first print to the last — no manual stirring, no guesswork.

Key Benefits

• Brighter whites — consistent pigment suspension means full opacity on every transfer
• Fewer clogs — prevents sediment buildup that damages printheads
• Smoother gradients & color accuracy — stable viscosity across your entire production run
• Less manual maintenance — reduces the need for hand-stirring between jobs
• Built for high-volume output — keeps your workflow uninterrupted on short runs and long production days alike
• Extended printhead life — protect your most expensive consumable

Who It's For

Whether you're running a small DTF print shop or a high-volume production facility, the Rock N' Roller Ink Mixer is the easiest upgrade you can make to improve print quality and reduce maintenance costs. Compatible with standard DTF ink bottles used across most desktop and commercial DTF printers.
