Preventive Maintenance for 3 or 5 head DTF Printer - DTF Tech Gurus

Setting up a Preventive Maintenance appointment with DTF Tech Gurus for your 3 or 5-printhead DTF printer (X5, Nusign FTG-I3200-60, Spartan, BinterJet, Velox, Velox Plus) is a smart investment in consistent print quality, uptime, and long-term reliability. During this comprehensive service, our technicians will do the following:

• Clean out electrical cabinets, power supplies and circuit boards
• Gently clean around encoder strip area
• Remove and clean cap station tray
• Clean or replace caps and drain lines
• Clean and lubricate cap station lifting carriage
• Clean out white ink tank
• Clean or replace white ink manifold
• Replace in line ink filters
• Replace dampers 
• Run printhead registration
• Back up all parameters including SoftRIP parameters
• Clean dryer's electrical cabinet
• Clean the inside of dryer to remove excess glycol and power build up
• Check dryer belt tracking
• Check dryer curing settings to ensure proper print / powder curing
• Check film tracking
• Check with customer for any outstanding issues
• Refresh on maintenance and operational procedures with Staff.

This pricing is based upon service to 1 printer and does not include the technician's travel expenses, or any parts that may be needed. We will send the technicians' travel expenses prior to the appointment being scheduled. Full payment is due prior to the appointment being confirmed or our technician scheduling the travel.
